Matcha-based crispy sandwiches that are recommended for the new tea season, using matcha for all of ice cream, wafers, coatings, and cookies. As the product name "ensemble" means "a collection of multiple things" in French, you can enjoy various charms of matcha with a single bite.


Wrap matcha ice cream with matcha cookies, which gives you the bitterness peculiar to matcha, with matcha coating, and sand with matcha wafers to enjoy the original color and aroma of matcha. Considering the overall balance, the ice cream is finished so that you can enjoy not only the taste of matcha but also the richness of milk unique to Haagen-Dazs.
