What to prepare

Dried pasta, pasta sauce, container for whole dried pasta, frying pan

Procedure

Put the pasta and water into a container that can hold the whole dried pasta (a freezer bag or similar container is OK). Make sure that the entire pasta is submerged in the water.

Step 1: Soak the dried noodles in water so that the entire noodle is soaked.
Pitcher used this time.

Let stand for at least 2 hours. If the pasta becomes soft and white, it is ready; it does not matter if the time is extended.

Step 2: Pasta is done when it turns white.
It's softening and sinking.

Heat the pasta sauce in a frying pan and when it starts to simmer, add the drained pasta. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring constantly, and the noodles are done when the whitish noodles become translucent.

Step 3 Heat pasta sauce in a frying pan.

Step 4: Throw in drained pasta.

Step 5 Cook for 1 to 2 minutes while tossing sauce and noodles.
Gradually the color of the noodles changes.

Step 6: When the noodles are transparent throughout, they are done.

Since the image is of boiling noodles in pasta sauce, more water is recommended for the sauce. If the amount of liquid is low, such as in peperoncino, add a ladle or two of water in which the pasta has been soaked and boil it, then at the end, drain off the water over high heat.
