Assortment of white soft and black baum

By warming, Baumkuchen changes softly and moistly. A dessert with a taste different from Shiro Noir, where you can enjoy the deliciousness of freshly baked Baum and the coldness of the soft serve ice cream. If you like, you can also enjoy it with the syrup containing honey that comes with it.

By the way, the name "Kronage" comes from the appearance of white snow-covered soft serve ice cream on top of the cocoa-colored Baumkuchen. A coined word that combines the dark shade of cocoa with "black" and "neige", which means snow in French. The idea is similar to Komeda's classic menu "Shiro Noir".
