The "just sprinkle on noodles" series found at KALDI Coffee Farm. It is a straight type noodle soup with ingredients just by sprinkling it on the boiled noodles. There are two types of lineup, "Sakura shrimp ginger" and "Chicken yuzu pepper". The price is 158 yen each (tax included, same below). KALDI original product.


Easy to eat. Boil somen and udon noodles for one serving on time, and cool them well with cold water. Drain the noodles and serve them on a plate, then pour the soup as it is and you're done!

This time, I decided to combine it with KALDI's original "Konjac somen noodles". Konjac somen with low calories and low sugar. It is a simple noodle that can be eaten immediately by simply washing it with water, without the need for pretreatment such as boiling or removing lye. The price is 147 yen each.


Immediately after opening the konjac somen noodles, the scent of konjac spreads, but if you wash it with water and then eat it, you won't notice that much. Because the noodles are thin, you can enjoy a smooth and smooth texture.

■ Sakura shrimp ginger

"Sakura shrimp ginger" is made with fragrant ginger-flavored noodle soup using sakura shrimp and auction.


Along with sipping the noodles, the soup stock spreads softly and has a nice scent! It seems that bonito shavings, mackerel shavings, decapterus shavings, dried shiitake mushrooms, etc. are used for soup stock soy sauce. It's a little salty, and it's just right when combined with noodles. It's also a nice point to have ingredients such as sakura shrimp and auction! If you like, you can add more shavings or add green onions to enjoy it.

■ Chicken Yuzu pepper

"Chicken Yuzukosho" is made with chicken meat, auction, and yuzukosho.


The contrast between the refreshing scent of yuzu and the crisp pepper is a little mature. The flavor of yuzu pepper remains in the mouth for a while after eating. The crispy texture is a nice accent ♪ It looks delicious even if you add sudachi!
