Three popular side dishes of 7-ELEVEN & i Group's private brand "7-ELEVEN Premium Gold" have been renewed. It is sold sequentially at 7-ELEVEN & i Group stores such as 7-ELEVEN, Ito-Yokado, and York-Benimaru nationwide (excluding some stores).

"7-ELEVEN Premium Gold" is a brand that will celebrate its 10th anniversary in September 2020. We have been developing discerning products that pursue quality from the beginning.

・ 7-ELEVEN Premium Gold Gold Direct Fire Hamburger
By changing the way the meat is ground, it becomes a more plump and juicy hamburger. In the manufacturing process of deglazing (veal soup stock) used for demiglace sauce, the sweetness of vegetables can be felt more by reviewing the process of boiling and straining the bones of roasted veal and stir-fried vegetables. Adopting the "additional manufacturing method" of a long-established Western restaurant, using a deeper demiglace sauce. The sauce is rich in flavor by adding a part of beef and onions that are newly savory and fried in soy sauce. The price is 368 yen.


・ 7-ELEVEN Premium Gold Gold Beef Curry
Uses slowly simmered rose meat. A full-fledged taste is realized by grinding some spices at the factory and adding them. Stir-fried onions, carrots, and celery are used for the roux to improve the taste of vegetables. The price is 368 yen. Scheduled to be released sequentially from May 12th.
