Spring is the season of "fresh onions. They are soft and delicious raw, but what we would like to introduce to you this time is "rice cooked with fresh onions "! All you have to do is put all the ingredients in the rice cooker and cook the rice, which is super easy, and the fresh onions are tender, sweet, and very delicious.

2 cups of rice
1 fresh onion
1 tablespoon granulated consomme soup stock
Butter or olive oil to taste
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Method of PreparationWash rice, peel fresh onion and cut off the top and bottom.
Add rice, consommé, butter or olive oil, and salt to the rice cooker, mix briefly, and add water (not included) up to the 2-cup mark. Now put the whole fresh onion on top and start cooking the rice!
When cooked, roughly mix the rice with the fresh onions, breaking up the fresh onions, place in a bowl, sprinkle with black pepper, and voila!
