Easy & Delicious! Avocado Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients (3-4 servings)1 avocado
180 ml milk
4 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons lemon juice
PreparationCut avocado in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
Scoop the avocado with a spoon and place in a freezer bag. At this point, you can just roughly scoop it in.
Add lemon juice, sugar, and milk to freezer bag.
Remove as much air as possible and seal with a zipper.
Squeeze the top of the bag with your fingers to mash the avocado. Be careful not to tear the freezer bag with your fingernails.
When most of the avocado is mashed, flatten the contents and place in the freezer.
After 2 hours, take out the fish, open the mouth, and wring it gently to let the air in.
Place in the freezer for another hour and it is ready to serve! Serve on a plate. If it has become too cold and stiff, thaw it at room temperature for a while before eating and rub it to restore its smoothness.
Avocado Ice Cream How does it taste?
A rich, smooth texture, refreshing flavor, and richness.... Avocado ice cream is a simple way to enjoy the unique taste of avocado. It is not too sweet and heavy, but rich and satisfying. It is also pleasantly varied, with occasional crispy sherbet-like bits and a sticky, grainy texture!
It is delicious on its own, but we also recommend adding toppings to make a different flavor. Fresh fruits go well with it. If you combine strawberries, the sweet and sour juiciness will complement the melted richness of the ice cream. It also looks beautiful with its spring-like colors.
If you prefer a more mature taste, then raisins and honey are definitely the way to go. The rich, sweet honey and rich raisins add depth to the flavor and create an elaborate taste. Perfect for an evening dessert.
It will keep for 2 to 3 weeks in the freezer, so you can use avocados that you bought cheap but can't think of a use for and are worried about overripening. Avocado lovers should definitely try making this!
