4 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons of lemon juice
How to make
Cut the avocado in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
Scoop the avocado with a spoon and put it in the freezer bag. At this point, you can just scoop it up and put it in.

Add lemon juice, sugar and milk to the freezer bag.



Remove as much air as possible and seal with a zipper.

Rub it with your finger from the top of the bag and crush the avocado. Be careful not to tear the freezer bag with your nails.

When the avocado is crushed, flatten the contents and go to the freezer.


After leaving it for about 2 hours, take it out, open your mouth and gently rub it to let air in.

Place it in the freezer for another hour and you're done! Let's serve it on a plate. If it gets too cold and ticks, thaw it at room temperature for a while before eating and then knead it to restore its smoothness.
