Potato starch 25g (0.88oz)
Kinako Appropriate amount Black honey Appropriate amount Strawberries and other favorite fruits Appropriate amount
● How to make
Peel the radish and slice it thinly with a peeler.
Put the radish in a bowl and sprinkle the potato starch well.

Boil boiling water in a pan and add radish sprinkled with potato starch. When the radish is clear and floating, expose it to water and raise it in a colander.

Serve drained radish in a bowl and top with black honey and soybean flour. Decorate with fruits such as strawberries to your liking and you're done!

● What is the taste?
Thanks to the sprinkled potato starch, the radish has a smooth and kuzumochi-like throat. The crispness of the daikon radish remains, and it has a new taste! The sweetness and aroma of kinako and black honey give it a taste of Japanese sweets like anmitsu. Horse! The sweetness of strawberries is also refreshing!
With a cool and smooth throat and a gentle sweetness, it is a recommended snack even when you have a cold. Kinako and black honey are delicious when sprinkled with plenty!
