Lentin Easy "Shumai without wrapping"

It's delicious even if you don't wrap it! Introducing a simple recipe for "shumai without wrapping". Eat plenty of cabbage and respond!
■ (for 4 people)・ Minced pork 200g (7.05oz)
・ Shredded cabbage 150g (5.29oz)
・ 10 shumai skins ・ 1.5 tablespoons of water
・ 1 tablespoon of sake
・ 1/2 teaspoon sugar
・ 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
・ 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
・ 1 teaspoon of chicken glass soup
・ 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
・ 2 tablespoons of potato starch
■ How to make1. Layer the shumai rind and chop it into small pieces.
2. Add minced pork and sake, sugar, soy sauce, grated ginger, chicken glass soup stock, sesame oil, and potato starch, and mix well. Once mixed, add cabbage and mix well until cohesive.
3. Spread the meat on a heat-resistant plate, cover the shumai skin softly, and sprinkle with water.
4. After wrapping softly, heat in a 600W range for 5 minutes and steam for 2 to 3 minutes to complete! * If you put chopsticks in and it doesn't cook, please warm it further.
