I tried the "Mille-feuille set meal" reprinted at the Tonkatsu specialty store "Matsunoya". The fluffy pork rose slices are packed into the crispy batter, and you can enjoy the delicious taste of pork.
The price is 650 yen (tax included). There is also a variation menu with grated radish and cheese tomato sauce, but this time I ordered a standard menu that you can taste with the standard Nakano sauce.
Millefeuille katsu with 6 slices seems to have a smaller amount than loin katsu, but when you try it, it has almost the same volume.
Since thinly sliced meat is layered and fried, it is softer and easier to chew than chunk meat. And since I'm using pork roses, the taste is good.
Even if you squeeze not only the worcestershire sauce but also the lemon that comes with it, the individuality of the meat will not be defeated. It is a perfect fried food as a side dish of rice, and you can eat white rice with a lot of attention.
Also, probably because it has a fluffy texture, it goes well with the shredded cabbage, and when you put it together, it makes you feel refreshed. If you want to enjoy the deliciousness of the meat and the crispness of the batter at the same time, please do.
