"Tirol chocolate [chocolate cake]" is a reproduction of chocolate cake, which is a popular product of the pastry shop "Tops", with Tyrolean chocolate. The bean paste and walnuts that reproduce the texture of the fluffy sponge cake are wrapped in semi-milk chocolate.
