I tried the limited-time menu "Demi Tama Menchi Katsu" at the Tonkatsu specialty store "Katsuya". A thick hamburger-like minced meat cutlet soaked with plenty of demiglace sauce, entwined with a soft-boiled egg and carried to your mouth is a perfect dish to eat.


The price is 759 yen (tax included). Rather than a large yellowtail minced meat cutlet, two pieces of hamburger steak sprinkled with powder and fried are put side by side so that they fit perfectly in an iron pan, and are soaked in the demiglace sauce of Namami. Grated cheese is sprinkled on the surface to give it a rich flavor.


It seems that he put in one egg raw, but the heat of the iron pot cooked it and it was half-cooked. Finally, as a topping, there is plenty of shredded cabbage on it.


The fried hamburger steak, rather than the minced meat cutlet, is cut in half one by one, and you can grab it with chopsticks and carry it to your mouth as it is. The batter sucks plenty of demiglace sauce, so it's perfect as a side dish for rice. Break the egg yolk and then squeeze it to make it even more mellow.

Perhaps because the shredded cabbage is fluffy and soft, the demiglace sauce is often entwined, and the taste goes well with it, so when you finish eating one fried hamburger steak, it is recommended to smoke the sauce and taste it.
