Ippudo's limited-time menu "Miso Shiramaru"
Miso white circle!

I ate Ippudo's limited-time menu " Miso Shiramaru". A cup of grated ginger that goes well with miso pork bone soup that is mellow like a potage.

The soup is rich and mellow!

The selling price is 979 yen (tax included). Speaking of Ippudo, the limited-time miso tonkotsu ramen "Miso Akamaru" in a bright red bowl is known, but this time, Miso Shiromaru in a white bowl has appeared.

Ippudo's signature pork bone ramen "Shiramaru Motomi" is a combination of three types of miso in a soup that features the smooth taste and umami of pork bones. It uses flat noodles that are often entwined with soup, and the toppings include pork rib char siu, vegetables such as bean sprouts and cabbage, and the grated ginger and chopped ginger mentioned above.

The soup has a mellow and gentle taste. Thanks to miso, I don't really feel the strength of the pork bones, and I can enjoy it like a stew or potage. Rich yet soft texture and richness. However, when you melt and taste plenty of ginger, it is refreshingly firm and has a mysterious compatibility.

Grated ginger fits perfectly

When it comes to tonkotsu ramen, I had the impression that "grated garlic" was added at some restaurants, but ginger was just as spicy and had a unique crisp spiciness.

Char siu with a firm response to eating

Two pieces of char siu are included and both are satisfying to eat. However, it is vegetables that are even more massive. I didn't notice it at first because the char siu was placed in the center and the bean sprouts were served in a style that gently held the cabbage aside, but it was so voluminous that I thought it was tanmen. If you mix this with miso pork bone soup and taste it, you can enjoy a different taste from noodles.

There were so many vegetables that I couldn't imagine from this appearance.

The medium-thick noodles are not only entwined with soup, but also have a moderately chewy texture even when mixed with vegetables. The chilly season continues, but if you use miso pork bones, you can be assured that if you flatten it, it will warm your stomach. It is recommended not only for dinner but also for lunch for those who are confident that they are hungry.
