An is a standard Chinese taste with the umami of oyster sauce. It is thick and entwined with chicken and vegetables.
The chicken is big and responsive. It's probably breast meat, and it matches well with the moist, tender and protein-rich umami.
It's thick and hard to cool, and it's a winter menu that makes you feel warm while eating. The nutritional balance seems to be good because there are plenty of vegetables! A set of 3 dumplings and almond tofu (850 yen) and a set of 3 dumplings and rice and soup (880 yen) are also available, so if you want to eat full, this is also available.
