Kourakuen "Chocolate Ramen"
Chocolate ramen. It really contains chocolate

I tried Kourakuen's " Chocolate Ramen". It is a traditional standard soy sauce ramen with naruto etc. on char siu. Except for the fact that it contains a generous amount of chocolate.

The price is 640 yen (tax included). As you can easily guess, this limited menu is suitable for the Valentine's season, and may create a sweet moment at Kourakuen. There are two types, the dark brown "chocolate" that appeared following the previous year and the new "white chocolate", but this time I chose the dark brown one.

Kourakuen "Chocolate Ramen"
It's not just cocoa oil. It's a soup with melted chocolate itself!

Based on the classic soy sauce ramen, cacao oil is added and chocolate and ginger are added at the end. The soup is mercilessly chocolate-colored.

The first bite of this ramen has the impression that it is "relatively normal". Although the scent of cacao oil is fluffy, you can still feel the individuality of the familiar soy sauce soup, and the scent of green onions is also decent.

The noodles also have a chocolate flavor!

The char siu also tastes chocolate!

However, when the chocolate melted in the soup touches the tongue, such sweet thoughts immediately reappear. sweet. It is fragrant and sweet. The same taste as when eating chocolate bar spreads on your tongue. The chocolate flavor is transferred to the char siu as well as the noodles.

Nonetheless, none of them go well with chocolate, and as I continue to eat, I gradually feel that it's not normal, but it's not bad. If you taste the spicy flavor of grated ginger together, the whole ramen that is familiar with chocolate will be crisp and even "may be surprising".

As a bonus for chocolate ramen, I received a grain of Tyrolean chocolate. Perfect for resting chopsticks during meals and for retouching after meals. It is a wonderful consideration that you can enjoy chocolate if you get tired of the taste of chocolate. The flavor is "Coffee Nougat" with coffee-flavored stuffing inside.
