New dessert menus "Berry Berry Chocolat Parfait" and "Pear Crumble Cake" are on sale from January 22 at each conveyor belt sushi restaurant.

Berry Berry Chocolat Parfait

A parfait with vanilla base, sour raspberry chocolate chip ice cream, colorful berry sorbet with plenty of fruit juice, fresh strawberries, and frozen raspberries. The "chocolate granita" in the bottom of the glass adds an accent with the deep scent of cacao and the bitter taste.

The price is 300 yen (excluding tax). Not eligible for take-out.

Pear crumble cake

A Western-style cake consisting of three layers: cookie dough, clafoutis dough, and crumble cookie dough. A generous amount of pear is mixed in the clafoutis dough sandwiched between them, and almond poodle and vanilla custard cream are used. You can enjoy the moist texture, rich flavor, and the gentle taste of pear. The price is 180 yen (excluding tax).
