Reprint "Chicken Nanban" and new work "Sour Chicken Nanban" are available

"Chicken Nanban" will be reprinted and sold as a recommended item selected by the store staff from Mos Burger's past popular menu. In addition, a new menu "Sour Chicken Nanban" will be released. Both will be on sale for a limited time from January 23rd to mid-March.

This is a part of the original menu "MOS JAPAN PRIDE" series, which has the uniqueness of Mos Burger born in Japan.

"Chicken Nanban," which is a hamburger made from Miyazaki Prefecture's local cuisine, was first sold only in the Kyushu area in 2006, and was rolled out nationwide in 2008 due to its popularity. A popular iron plate menu that has appeared six times in the past.

Domestic chicken breast is wrapped in a plump batter and fried twice to make it juicy. In addition, it is entwined with soy sauce and placed on shredded cabbage, and chopped onions and mayonnaise types are also included.

For the reprint, the soy sauce sauce has been renewed. A special Shichimi pepper made from dried bonito flakes from Yaizu City, Shizuoka Prefecture, and kelp extract from Hidaka, Hokkaido, with soy sauce added and domestically produced yuzu, mandarin oranges, and lemon peel. The sharpness of the taste and the spread of the aroma are expressed.

This time, "Sour Chicken Nanban", which is a new arrangement of Chicken Nanban, will also appear. Sour cream sauce with herbs and pepper is used.

As the name suggests, the sauce is based on sour cream, with the scent of four herbs: white wine vinegar, rosemary, thyme, cardamom, and oregano. Has been done. Umami is also added with kelp extract, sanon tou, and black vinegar.

The selling price is 362 yen for chicken nanban (excluding tax, the same applies below) and 445 yen for sour chicken nanban. As a general rule, it is handled at Mos Burger stores nationwide, with the exception of some stores.
