The grand menu will be revised on December 18th in Saizeriya, and new dishes will be introduced. They range from entrees to desserts, but also include Italian dishes with lesser-known names.

In Saizeriya, dishes such as "Friuli-style Frico " that are rarely heard in Japan sometimes appear, but this time, a plate called "Arrosticini" is being shown. The price is 399 yen (tax included, same below).

It's one of the dishes I'm proposing to make people think, "There was such an Italian food." Abruzzo's specialty in central Italy. There are two pieces of lamb meat that are savory and skewered, and it looks a bit like Japanese yakitori. Sprinkle with the special spices that come with it and enjoy.

Dessert wine

"La Combriccola" will appear as a dessert wine. The price is 200 yen. A sweet liquor fermented by increasing the sugar content by drying the grapes after harvest in a natural state. It is suitable for drinking with dessert after meals or for enjoying as an aperitif by dividing it with carbonic acid.

Assortment & toppings

Introducing new arrangements of popular hamburgers and chicken grills. Assorted menus that allow you to enjoy two items together will be added, and you will be able to choose toppings.

"Assorted chicken grill and hamburger steak" is 599 yen. A greedy dish where you can enjoy both a plump juicy hamburger steak and a savory chicken grill.

"Assorted chicken grill and hamburger with diabolo-style sauce" is 699 yen. A dish with a diabolo-style sauce (vegetable sauce) added to the toppings on the assorted menu for a light taste.

"Assorted chicken grill and hamburger steak with cheese" is 699 yen. It will be a dish with plenty of cheese added to the toppings of the assorted menu.

White sauce cheese hamburger

"Cheese hamburger with white sauce" is 499 yen. It is a dish of rich and crisp white sauce made with high quality Australian milk and thick cheese entwined in a hamburger steak.

Tomato flavored vongole with soup

"Tomato flavored vongole with soup" is 499 yen. The classic vongole with plenty of clams has been renewed. Fresh raw Italian parsley is used, and you can enjoy the refreshing aroma and taste.

Rustic soft cabbage soup

"Country-style soft cabbage soup" is 299 yen. Italian home-style soup with cabbage, pancetta and Gran Moravian cheese. Plenty of cabbage is simmered softly, and it has a simple and warm taste.

Apple wine compote

"Apple wine compote" is 399 yen. A new face of fruit dessert stewed in Saizeriya's fresh wine. A wine-flavored, not too sweet compote for adults.
