Cookies made by combining carefully selected ingredients with nuts and fruits and baking them. It seems that they continue to preserve the deliciousness of homemade cookies that were baked in Scottish homes. I bought "Namikan A-ITO" and the price is 1,000 yen (excluding tax).

A cookie shaped like a floating ring with the symbol mark of Izumiya. Karenz, lemon peel and angelica are colorfully decorated. The crispy texture and butter flavor are pleasant.


◆ Savoy Finger
Bake a sponge cake that does not contain oils and fats twice. It has a crispy texture and is lighter than rusks. You can enjoy the fluffy feeling of sponge cloth by absorbing the water in your mouth.
