Oyatsu Company sells "Oyatsu Chinmi," a new type of snack that is hard to handle and uses the baby star manufacturing method. Two flavors, "strong cheese flavor" and "anchovy & garlic flavor," will be available at convenience stores nationwide from December 16th.

By frying without batter, it has the characteristics of a baby star that is hard to get oil while having a crispy and chewy texture like fried food. The surimi of seafood is kneaded into the dough, and you can fully enjoy the delicacy of seafood that goes well with sake. "It's a new but nostalgic taste." The package design also has a retro-style atmosphere.

Both are snacks suitable for "drinking", and the "deep cheese flavor" is a fried fish paste with minced cod kneaded into the dough, giving it a rich cheese flavor.

In "Anchovy & Garlic Flavor", minced sardines are kneaded into the dough, and the saltiness of anchovies and the flavor of garlic are scented.
