Supervised by "Kanazawa Rich Chinese Soba Shinsen" is a famous tonkotsu ramen shop that opened in 2003 on the restaurant street of "Kanazawa Central Wholesale Market". However, the new menu has been developed separately in Shinsen and reproduces the rich miso ramen that has appeared at ramen events nationwide.
