The seasonal menu "Mushroom and Pancetta Bosky Aura" is on sale at each Saizeriya store. The price is 499 yen per plate (tax included, same below).

"Bosky aura" means "lumberjack style" in Italian. Spaghetti to enjoy the blessings of the forest. In order to enjoy the rich aroma of mushrooms, we have a well-balanced mix of three types of mushrooms: fragrant porcini, tasty mushrooms, and textured suillus luteus.


The base of the taste is a soy sauce base (garum sauce) that goes well with mushrooms, and it has a slightly Japanese flavor, and Italian pancetta and pecorino cheese are used as accents. The high-quality Pancetta Cotta pork is characterized by its tightly condensed flavor. The topping Pecorino Romano is a rich-tasting sheep cheese. You can enjoy the unique flavor that makes you addictive.
