What is Bar Marche Kodama?

Bar Marche Kodama is a restaurant business of Kodama, a company that manufactures and imports hams and sausages. We currently have 11 sister stores in Tokyo, including the deli format.

Introducing this time is the morning held at the Shinagawa and Meguro stores. You can eat all-you-can-eat ham and sausage for 650 yen (620 yen at Shinagawa store)!

The Shinagawa store is conveniently located inside the JR ticket gates and tends to be crowded with few seats. However, the Meguro store was a large store, and I could easily enter it on weekday mornings (maybe it will line up on Saturdays and Sundays).



The implementation time is from 8:30 to 10:30. The time limit per person is 60 minutes.


All-you-can-eat is prosciutto, sausage, raw vegetables, soup, bread, various drinks, etc. You can have a steak for 1,000 yen, or you can add a freshly baked egg dish for an additional 300 yen.

When you get to your seat and place an order, the plate will be served. Basically, there is no replacement, and you can use this one repeatedly. I think it's good for eco and labor saving.


The buffet table is simple and compact. On this day, in addition to prosciutto, there is a lineup of meatloaf, boiled pork, boiled sausage & ham, snack pie, raw vegetables and two kinds of dressing, soup, and bread. Drinks included tea / coffee (both hot and iced) and water.






Not so much in terms of type, but ham and sausage are delicious! Prosciutto is moist and smooth, and when you put it on your tongue, the taste slowly exudes. Many sausages are also thick, and you can enjoy a pleasant chewy texture and rich umami.


Meatloaf with herbs. You can enjoy the fluffy elasticity and refreshing flavor.


Bread is a simple meal bread. I'm glad that you can reheat it with the built-in toaster! Enjoy making your own sandwich.
