Lemon jelly to eat with Jiro persimmon

A dessert made entirely from sweet persimmons from Lawson's farm "Lawson Farm Aichi Toyohashi". The flesh is used as it is as a container, and the persimmon flesh and lemon-flavored jelly are stuffed inside.



The price is quite high at 500 yen (tax included) per piece. However, the appearance is also powerful.



The persimmon flesh that has been hollowed out is a crispy texture. You can enjoy the sweetness of the persimmon itself without any seasoning.


The lemon jelly laid under the flesh has a slightly sweet and sour taste. The soft mouthfeel contrasts with persimmons.



When you finish eating the contents, you can also eat the bowl. It's a little hard to scrape with a spoon, so it's safe to peel it with a knife and cut it. It's quite thick, so don't throw it away.
