It is one of the popular sushi roe lined up in the tuna for the first time in winter. For the first time in season, the whole body is full of fat like Toro, and it is characterized by a tight body. Three types of sushi are available.
"Cold yellowtail" is alive immediately after being caught, delivered to the store in a fresh state, and by peeling and cutting at each store, the taste between the body and the skin is condensed. The price is 100 yen (excluding tax, the same applies below), and it may be "Hamachi" depending on the season.
Grilled yellowtail shabu-shabu
"Grilled yellowtail shabu-shabu" is lightly roasted to contain the umami, and can be eaten refreshingly with jelly-like ponzu sauce. The price is 150 yen.
Large thick yellowtail
"Otoroburi" is a fat paste that is enough to play soy sauce, and the sweetness of the fat spreads in your mouth. The price is 150 yen.
Warm pork soup udon in winter
"Winter warm pork soup udon" is a classic winter product that warms the core of your body by combining pork soup with rumbling vegetables and udon noodles. The price is 330 yen.
"Tempura platter" is made by deep-fried shrimp, pumpkin, scallops, and perilla leaves in a crispy garment and ingredients. The price is 350 yen.
Warm fondant chocolate
"Warm fondant chocolate" will be renewed from "Sushiro Cafe Club". The amount of chocolate cream has been increased, and fresh cream has been used to deepen the richness. A classic winter dessert with an irresistible rich chocolate cream that comes out of the dough. The price is 180 yen.
