"Sukeso cod and clams' rich spicy jjigae pot" with seafood such as clams and white fish and miso added to the spicy taste of chili peppers. Chige soup with plenty of handmade tofu and seafood is finished with a rich and appetizing taste. If you break the soft-boiled egg and eat it, it will have a mellow taste.
"Mushroom and charcoal-grilled chicken salted soup stock and roasted hot pot" is made by adding salted koji to the soup stock carefully ground at the shop. Three kinds of mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, shimeji mushrooms, and licks, are added to Chinese cabbage and green onions, which are winter vegetables, and chicken meat that has been grilled over charcoal (* partially grilled) is placed on top. Add the tororo to give it a fluffy and gentle taste. You can also enjoy "taste change" with the attached yuzu pepper.
