I'm curious about the lunch menu, but the sweets menu "Basque Cheese Cake" is a must-see. A single item is 600 yen (tax included, the same applies below), and a set with tea or coffee is 850 yen. You can also enjoy chocolate sauce with toppings for +50 yen. I ordered chocolate sauce this time as well.


The cheesecake with a browned surface is slightly bittersweet, leaving the richness of the cheese and the refreshing acidity in the aftertaste. It's not too sweet, making the best use of the deliciousness of cheese, so it's recommended for people who don't usually eat sweets ♪



Another point is that the softness of the fabric varies depending on the location! The tip is thick like custard cream, and the dough is gradually baked as it gets closer to the outside. It is a discerning dish that you can enjoy the gradation of texture with one piece.


If you simply enjoy the dough, you can add mellow cream and rock salt attached to the plate to challenge the "taste change". By adding rock salt, the flavor of cheese is further enhanced and it changes to an adult taste.
