● How to make
Peel the radish and cut into 3 mm slices. Sprinkle salt on it and let it soften for a while.Finely chop the leek and cabbage, sprinkle with salt, and squeeze the water when it becomes soft. Finely chop the green onions and ginger.
Put minced pork in a bowl, add salt and pepper, sesame oil, sake, and soy sauce and mix well. After mixing, add leek and cabbage and mix.
Wipe off the water from the radish with a paper towel and sprinkle the potato starch on one side with a tea strainer. Put the bean paste on it and fold it in half.
Heat the oil (outside the amount) in a frying pan and bake the radish gyoza side by side. When it becomes brown, turn it over, cover it, and reduce the heat to low. Steam for another 4 minutes.
After baking, serve in a bowl and add soy sauce, vinegar, or chili oil to your taste.
