Jonathan's daily lunch

"Chicken demiglace sauce & curry croquette" on Monday and Friday, "Hamburger steak sauce & cabbage menchi" on Tuesday, "Chicken steak sauce & hydrangea" on Wednesday, "Hamburger tomato sauce & vegetable croquette" on Thursday. All of them come with free refills of lunch soup, and the price is 689 yen (excluding tax, the same applies below). 888 yen with a drink bar.


This day was Tuesday, so I'll have "Hamburger Teriyaki Sauce & Cabbage Menchi"! Select "Soy bread" as the staple food to choose from.



The soup that you take from the soup bar by yourself has a slightly strong saltiness and umami taste, like chicken soup like consomme. There is also a sweetness that contains corn and onions and comes off fluffy. Oops, another one.


The warm soy bread is fluffy and soft, and when you tear it off and apply a generous amount of butter, it melts in your mouth. It tastes as simple as whole wheat bread. While enhancing the deliciousness of the side dishes, the savory flavor of bread is delicious enough to chew.


The hamburger is about 2 cm thick and is juicy with a slightly firm texture like a hamburger patty. The graininess of the minced meat gives it a satisfying taste. The sauce is sweet and sour and refreshing.


While the menchi is thinned to about 1 cm thick, the crunchy batter is tightly packed with meat and cabbage. It tastes like hamukatsu. I've come to want white rice ... (Bread is delicious, of course)


I thought that Tuesday was a hearty menu, but all the daily lunches were a solid lineup that combined meat and fried food. I'm full and I'm satisfied with the taste, so cospa is good.
