10g (0.35oz) butter
2 tablespoons katakuriko
<For seasoning>
1 tablespoon each of soy sauce, mirin and sake
1.5 tablespoons sugar
Directions
Peel sweet potato, cut into bite-sized pieces and boil until soft.Drain the sweet potatoes and mash them while still hot, then mix with butter and potato starch.
Roll the dough into bite-sized pieces, mash slightly, and form into disks.
Heat salad oil (not included) in a frying pan, place the dough in the pan and cook on both sides.
When browned, add soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sugar. Serve on a plate!
