The first appearance of "Chocolate Matcha Frappe" has been added to the "Uji Matcha Series", which has been well received at McDonald's stores with McCafé. It is on sale for a limited time from September 25th to mid-October.

"Chocolate Matcha Frappe" is made by spreading a sauce using chocolate whipped cream and Belgian couverture chocolate, and pouring a frappe that is a mixture of Uji matcha from Kyoto and milk. Topped with chocolate whipped cream, chocolate sauce and bittersweet cocoa-flavored Oreo cookies.

When you drink it, the mellow flavor of Uji matcha and chocolate are combined in your mouth. The crunchy texture of the bitter Oreo cookie accentuates the matcha and chocolate.

As drinks using the same Uji matcha produced in Kyoto Prefecture, "Matcha Latte Frappe", "Ice Matcha Latte" and "Matcha Latte", which have been popular every year since 2014, are also on sale. This is also on sale until mid-October.
