■ Dream coffee

"Dream Coffee " is a coffee shop located 7 to 8 minutes on foot from the west exit of JR Ikebukuro Station. A coffee shop with an old-fashioned atmosphere that is loved by the locals.


The recommendation is "egg toast". The fragrant scent of fluffy bread and mayonnaise is irresistible! A generous amount of mayonnaise on a fluffy bread, a crunchy boiled egg texture, and a parsley flavor. Thick bread is fragrant to the ears, and it has a voluminous finish that will not get tired. 230 yen is cheap with this!



A cup of blended coffee is also reasonably priced at 220 yen, perfect for quickly filling your stomach. The messy interior makes you feel like you've come to your beloved grandma's house for the first time in a year.

■ Milky Way

"Milky Way " is located on the 2nd floor of the building near the entrance of Ikebukuro / Sunshine 60th Street. At the star-themed cafe, you can enjoy a parfait with a girly constellation motif.


Not only the interior but also the menu is starry. A lineup of parfaits named with the motif of 13 constellations and original foods. Thoroughly unify the glasses and plates with a star shape as much as possible!


The hearty constellation parfait looks super cute ♪ The "Shooter (864 yen)" parfait I ate is topped with star-shaped cookies and fruits such as milk agar, cream, strawberries, kiwis, and tangerines. In the middle, the ice cream wrapped in a chewy fertilizer was hidden.


You can have a girls-only gathering with a horoscope talk, use it for a date, or go alone to conquer the constellation parfait. It is a shop that you can enjoy in various situations.

■ La Famille

"La Famille " is quietly set up behind Nishi-Ikebukuro Park at the west exit of JR Ikebukuro Station. The specialty is the chiffon cake made by sticking to the ingredients without using additives as much as possible.


The summer-only flavor "Berry Chiffon (500 yen)" that I ate is a light and fluffy dough with a perfect balance of fresh sweetness and acidity of berries hidden in places. Anyway, the fabric is fluffy like a dream ...! Unlike sweets that punch out with the sweetness of "THE sugar", it has a gentle taste that makes you enjoy the taste of each ingredient.



In addition to chiffon cake, we also recommend other sweets! The cream puff (240 yen), which is full of cool cold custard cream, is rich but has a refreshing aftertaste! It is a perfect cafe to heal your daily fatigue.

"Charcoal-fired coffee coffee-tei " is about a 3-minute walk from JR Ikebukuro station. It is a long-established coffee shop that offers a special cup.


Don't miss the sweets menu "Cheesecake (540 yen)". It has a moist and sticky texture and is very rich. The richness and umami of cheese and the refreshing acidity are packed into a luxurious dish. This is a taste you'll want to eat on a regular basis!



In addition, iced coffee (780 yen) is a cup where you can enjoy crisp bitterness and a pleasant flavor. There is no unpleasant aftertaste and it is very clear! The fragrance that spreads softly is irresistible.
