Katsuya "All-in-one Katsudon"
This volume!

I ate Katsuya's limited-time menu "All Nose Katsudon". It is an overwhelming volume with fin cutlet, pork cutlet, minced pork cutlet and even fried shrimp.

Where you want to use shredded cabbage and mayonnaise well

The price is 690 yen (excluding tax). This is the third installment of the "SUPER HUNGRY SALE" campaign, which features various limited menus. A generous amount of tamari soy sauce is sprinkled around, and shredded cabbage and mayonnaise are also included. There are set meals and single items, but this time I chose a bowl.

First, fried shrimp!

This menu is a gorgeous mixed fried rice bowl. When you arrive at the counter, you may be a little worried about which fried shrimp to eat, but is it better to try the two fried shrimp that sit in the center?

Thick batter with plenty of shrimp

There is plenty of shrimp in the thick batter, and it looks like Western food. When bitten, the tamari soy sauce soup stock is firmly absorbed in the clothes and is very salty, making it suitable for carrying with rice or shredded cabbage. You can enjoy it even if you add mayonnaise to make it mellow.

Then to the pork cutlet and pork cutlet!

Next is loin cutlet. It is quite thick and has a strong meat flavor. After all the sauce is soaked, so the saltiness is stronger. Mayonnaise will be attached here as well. Excellent compatibility with cabbage and rice. You can enjoy your usual cutlet with a slightly different flavor from Katsuya's classic egg binding and sauce cutlet.

The size is quite large

Gravy

The pork cutlet has less fat, but the taste of the meat is as good as that of loin, and it has a lot of juice. Nicknamed soy sauce is more than roast cutlet. The size is also solid, and the rice goes on. Whether or not you add mayonnaise depends on your taste, but even if you don't have it, you can enjoy it with plenty of shredded cabbage to soften the saltiness.

The last is Menchi

The last thing to put on chopsticks is Menchi-katsu. It is a hidden protagonist. The amount of gravy is overwhelming compared to loin and fillet, and the sweetness of onions is also good. It is the most solid of all fried foods in terms of eating quality, and the strength of the flavor is comparable to that of tamari soy sauce, making it a perfect dish to decorate the end of all katsudon. It goes well with both cabbage and mayonnaise, and surprisingly goes well with the Shichimi peppers that are provided on the table.

In addition, even if the rice is served normally, it will be more than full. You may skip a meal when you try.
