Bamiyan "Scented rich sea urchin ramen"
Characterized by soup like seafood potage

I ate Bamiyan's limited-time menu "Kaoru Rich Sea Urchin Ramen". It features a mellow creamy soup with a texture like seafood potage.

Bamiyan "Scented rich sea urchin ramen"
Soup, noodles, char siu and green onions. Simple

It is said to be from Hokkaido National Highway No. 5, which appeared as part of the "Progress! Ramen Road" fair with a menu reminiscent of roadside ramen from all over the country where famous stores are lined up. The price is 699 yen (excluding tax).

Bamiyan "Scented rich sea urchin ramen"
Creamy but unexpectedly tasteless

We combine our own noodles with a soup that has a melting sweetness and a scent of rocky shore. The topping is a simple composition of char siu and green onion. It seems that you can enjoy "sea urchin manma" by adding white rice (sold separately) after you finish digging the noodles, but this time I ordered it separately.

The bowl that appeared is filled with golden soup, where you can hardly see the noodles inside. When I scoop it up with a lotus, it has a seafood flavor. However, there is no quirky scent like sea urchin sashimi or bottled sashimi, giving a soft and gentle impression.

Homemade noodles are not very thick, but they are chewy and the soup is entwined.

The noodles are not very thick, but they are chewy and often entwined in the soup. The char siu is also delicious, and the fat-laden pork and seafood potage go well together. The green onions are also crispy and delicious.

[Tasting] It's like a seafood potage! Bamiyan "Scented rich sea urchin ramen"
Fatty pork goes well with seafood soup

It's a ramen that warms you from the core when you eat it in winter, but it was surprisingly good to enjoy it in the air-conditioned store during the hot season. The volume is solid, so please consult with your hunger about whether or not to add rice. It will be available at Bamiyan nationwide until November 6th.
