I feel a gentle sweetness behind the bitterness. The taste is not too sweet while having the mellowness and richness of milk. It's just like Komeda's milk coffee!


Personally, I liked that the ice cream had a more fluffy texture when it melted while I was eating. The rich but refreshing ice cream with the bitter taste of coffee is perfect for the changing seasons from summer to autumn.
