Morozoff Autumn Limited Edition Pudding
Morozoff stores (except for some stores) will release a limited-edition autumn pudding. These puddings are made with the finest ingredients. Each pudding is priced at 350 yen, or 1,000 yen for three (tax not included).
Sweet Potato Pudding (using Kagoshima-grown Beniharuka)
The pudding is made with a rich paste of Kagoshima-grown red haruka and anglaise sauce with fermented butter. The rich sweet potato and butter give the pudding a mild sweetness reminiscent of sweet potatoes. The product will be on sale from September 14 to October 31.
Kyoto Roasted Uji Gyokuro Pudding
Pudding made with gyokuro, which has a rich aroma and mild umami flavor. It is combined with fresh cream jelly with a melt-in-your-mouth texture and a sweet bean paste with a refined sweetness. The pudding will be on sale from September 1 to October 31.
Pumpkin Pudding
Kaimichi Ebisu pumpkin paste is slowly baked with milk, eggs, and Hokkaido cream. The result is a rich pudding with a cinnamon flavor. The pudding will be on sale from September 1 to October 31.
