Chun Shui Tang "Tapioca Hojicha Marron"

Autumn / winter limited drinks and Taiwanese noodles will be on sale from the Taiwanese cafe "Chun Shui Tang" on September 9th. The lineup is as follows.

Tapioca Hojicha Maron is a Japanese-style tapioca milk tea that is a combination of Japanese tea milk tea made from Japanese hojicha and malon. Contains plenty of chestnut paste and sticky tapioca. The price is 650 yen per cup (excluding tax, the same applies below).

Yuzu jasmine tea is a collaboration of sweet and sour yuzu puree with refreshing jasmine tea. The price is 500 yen per cup.

Yuzu salt Okaiyu noodles are soup noodles that look and taste luxurious with four hard clams. A refreshing yuzu accent is effective on the rich chicken plain hot water base filled with umami with condensed extracts of large shells and scallops. The price is 950 yen.

This Taiwanese hot water noodle with shrimp is the first soy sauce-based soup soba small shrimp and spicy noodles with plenty of 4 kinds of mushrooms. While the soy sauce taste is familiar to Japanese people, spices are added, and you can enjoy the taste like a local Taiwanese food stall. The price is 900 yen.
