I tried "Mont Blanc Dora", a sweet bread limited to FamilyMart. It's not a crepe or pancake, it's a dorayaki dough with Mont Blanc cream.


The price is 198 yen (tax included) and the calories are 231 kcal. It doesn't look like dorayaki at all, but when you open the package and hold the contents in your hand, the thick and moist dough feels like a familiar Japanese sweet.


Marron whipped cream is hidden under the Montblanc cream, and you can see that it has two layers when cut with a knife. When I take a look at it, the smell of chestnuts is strong, the sweetness is firm, and the mouthfeel is good, so the taste of Western confectionery like Mont Blanc can be reproduced properly.


However, it is interesting that the dough that is sandwiched between them is like Japanese sweets, which is a fun mismatch. It has a lot of volume, but it is full of cream and slippery, and it will be flattened. Sugar-free, straight iced tea is recommended for drinks.
