"Saint Marc Cafe" where you can enjoy your favorite bread and drinks. The representative menu of the cafe is "chocolate", which is a crispy croissant dough wrapped in bitter chocolate, but did you know that the dessert menu also has a hidden masterpiece?


The dessert menu "Dani Blanc" is a dish based on Danish pastry, topped with rich soft serve ice cream and caramel sauce. Crispy almond slices are also included. The "plain" I ordered is 390 yen (excluding tax) per plate.


The outside is crispy and the inside is crispy and the Danish pastry is delicious! The fluffy butter flavor is irresistible. An accent with a nice texture of almond slices that appears occasionally.



The overall sweet finish, but the soft serve ice cream has a refreshing aftertaste and is easy to eat, while giving the impression of the richness of the milk, so it does not leave much of a lump.
