・ Sliced lemon omlet 295 yen
An omlet topped with a slice of lemon slice. Lemon-flavored custard cream, yogurt cream, and lemon sauce are wrapped in a chewy dough. The topping almonds accent the texture.


・ Whole squeezed lemon jelly 280 yen
Jelly using the juice of about 1 lemon. Lemon dice jelly, mousse and cream are layered and topped with lemon zest from Setouchi. The lemon mousse is made with Hokkaido mascarpone and has a refreshing finish.


・ Mixed fruit sandwich (fromage with lemon peel from Setouchi) 320 yen
A sandwich that combines three kinds of fruits, yellow peach, kiwi, and pine, and refromage with lemon from Setouchi. You can enjoy the refreshing taste of fruits and the sweetness of cream.

An ice bar that expresses the smooth and melty texture of La France from Yamagata Prefecture. It is characterized by the mellow aroma and sweetness of ripe La France and the fresh juice.
