Also, if you ask the shop staff, they will cut the cutlet into small pieces in advance so that it can be easily made into a salad.

This time, I bought fillet (788 yen, tax included, same below) and shredded cabbage (129 yen). I had the cutlet cut into 10 equal parts. You will receive two types of dressing: "non-oil flavored lemon" and "Japanese-style dressing with the flavor of dashi stock".

The salad recipe is very simple, just spread the cabbage in a large bowl or deep plate, serve the cut pork cutlet on top, and dress.
