Frozen Churros

Deep-fry 3 frozen churros in plenty of oil at 180 degrees for 3 to 4 minutes. Be careful not to stick the churros together when you put them in the oil. Churros are done when the water has evaporated, the bubbles have reduced, and the churros are golden brown. After frying, spread out the churros so that they do not overlap, drain the oil, and let them cool for 3 to 5 minutes.

The key is to drain the oil thoroughly.

Crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside!

As soon as they were fried, I thought they might be a little too soft... But after draining the oil and removing the heat, they turned out crispy and fragrant. The surface is crispy and crunchy, and the inside has a nice glutinous texture that makes you want to eat more than one or two!

They are shorter than the churros you see at theme parks and movie theaters, and the mini size is good enough to be eaten in about two bites. It is also a good choice when you want a little snack or as a snack for your children. You can sprinkle powdered sugar or add cocoa powder, honey, or maple syrup if you like.
