Ingredients
- Tofu (cotton is recommended) 1/2 tofu- Potato starch as needed
- About 5cm of green onion
- Oyster sauce 2 small
- Soy sauce 2 small
- Grated garlic a little
- Sesame oil 1 small
- Chopped nori seaweed as needed

Directions
1: Slice drained tofu slightly thickly, and coat both sides with Sprinkle both sides with katakuriko (potato starch).To drain tofu, wrap in thick kitchen paper and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours, or wrap in thick kitchen paper and microwave for 3 minutes to shorten the cooking time.
