"Tapioca" is also coming to the Ginza Cozy Corner! At stores handling fresh cakes, sweets using tapioca "Straw Jelly" are on sale from June 17th.

As the name suggests, straw jelly is a cup dessert that you can enjoy while drinking with a straw. Jelly and yogurt mousse are combined with mellow black tapioca. There are two flavors, "Peach" and "Muscat".

● I tried it!

First of all, peach. Layered jelly with white peach compote, yogurt mousse and tapioca.


When I smoked it with a straw as it was, Prun and peach jelly jumped in first, and then a smooth yogurt mousse arrived on my tongue. Peach jelly has a refreshing sweetness, and yogurt mousse adds a creamy richness to the place where it may be too light.


Tapioca is a crispy and crispy type. The double pull of plump jelly and plump tapioca will make your mouth lively.

The tip of the straw is a spoon, so you can scoop it up and eat it. You can't suck the big peach pulp, so please bring it to your mouth with a spoon.


Then Muscat. Muscat jelly with Kyoho compote, yogurt mousse and tapioca are layered.


While the sweetness was such that peach popped, Muscat had a moist and elegant sweetness and aroma. The flesh of the flesh is also juicy and has a refreshing taste overall. It's a fluffy dessert, but it looks like you can drink it!
