Doutor "Mango Mille Crepes"
Clean layered mango mille crêpes

I tried Doutor's "Mango Mille Crepes". A sweet and sour sauce and white cream are sandwiched between layers of lightly baked crepes, and the color is bright. When you put it in your mouth, it has a soft texture and a sweet and sour flavor.

Doutor's Mille Crepes has a limited menu for each season, but starting in June, mango has a stable flavor as a sweet. The price is 420 yen (tax included).

Summer mille crêpes

After carrying the plate received at the counter to the table, if you take a closer look, the layers of crepe, cream, and sauce that you can see from the side are beautifully layered with beige, white, and yellow, which is very gorgeous.

When you cut it with a fork and bring it to your mouth, you will first find the gentle sweetness of the usual Mille crêpes, followed by a rich mango scent, sweet and sour taste, and a refreshing acidity. The last thing that remains in the aftertaste is the last sourness, and it gradually increases in strength, so I'm a little surprised.

Passion fruit in the sauce

When I looked at the explanation of the menu again, I found that the sauce contained passion fruit in addition to mango puree. This seems to give a refreshing cake that is suitable for summer.

If you want to combine drinks, you may want to combine it with unsweetened iced coffee or hot coffee, depending on the temperature.
