KALDI Canned Mackerel Curry
Ingredients (2 servings)1 can mackerel (190g (6.7oz))
1 bag of mushrooms (buy the ones with the stones cut off, or use kitchen shears to make it easier to remove them yourself)
50 g mixed beans
200 g canned tomatoes
A dash of curry roux
Method of Preparation1. cook mushrooms, mixed beans and tomatoes over medium heat
2. When the mushrooms are cooked, add the mackerel.
3. Once off the heat, add the curry roux and mix well.
4. Simmer over low heat until thickened.
