3 tablespoons mirin
Grated ginger (tube is OK) 2 tbsp
Grated garlic (tube is OK) 1 tbsp
Appropriate amount of red pepper Appropriate amount of sesame
● How to makeCut the fried tofu to a thickness of about 5 mm, slice the onion into thin slices, and slice the red pepper into round slices.
Combine soy sauce, mirin, ginger, garlic, red pepper, and sesame in a bowl to make a seasoning liquid. Soak fried tofu and onions here.
Add the soaked fried tofu and onions to a frying pan heated with oil (not included in the amount) and fry over high heat. Until it gets browned moderately.
Serve on a plate and you're done!
● What is the taste? The umami of ginger and garlic is soaked in the thick fried tofu! A refreshing spiciness that slips out of your nose. The red pepper is also spicy and appetizing.
The freshness of the onions, which are slightly fragrant and crispy and crunchy, gives the taste a sharp feel. As expected, it is different from pork ginger, but with a solid seasoning, white rice and beer go on! Even if you eat pork with the expected mouth, there is no problem at all. That is the potential of Atsuage.
The "Atsuage ginger-grilled rice bowl" with this on rice is also delicious and is perfect as a side dish for lunch boxes. It's cheaper than buying meat, so please save money before the payday!
