"Wagashi Day Sale" will be held from June 7th at each Fujiya pastry shop. Since June 16th is "Japanese sweets day", a plan to sell sweets using Japanese ingredients.
A total of 3 products will be released, including 2 sweets made from Ito En's most fragrant powdered roasted green tea and 1 sweet made from matcha in an Arita porcelain cup. Recommended for Father's Day gift sweets.
"Hojicha Milky Cream Roll" is a fragrant sponge dough kneaded with roasted green tea, and is a roll cake wrapped with milky cream and roasted green tea cream. The price is 1,200 yen (tax included, same below).
"Hojicha Mont Blanc" is a Mont Blanc finished by putting koshian cream in a sponge with a scent of hojicha, squeezing kinako cream in the center, and squeezing hojicha paste around it. It is topped with black beans from Hokkaido. The price is 360 yen.
"Arita-yaki Matcha Cream Tiramisu" is a tiramisu made by layering matcha sponge and matcha cream with mascarpone cheese, and then combining chanterie cream and matcha powder. It comes in a limited-edition Arita ware cup that can be used as tableware or accessory cases after eating. The price is 600 yen. Limited sale from June 14th to 16th.
