Easy recipe for "Udon Neapolitan

The recipe is based on the one from Table Mark.1 ball of frozen udon
1/4 onion
1/2 green bell pepper
Mushrooms of your choice such as shimeji, eringi, mushrooms, etc. as desired
1-2 sausages
butter as desired
salt and pepper as desired
1/4 teaspoon consommé
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon milk
Directions
Thaw frozen udon in the microwave. Cut onion into thin slices, green pepper into strips, and sausage into round slices. Cut mushrooms into bite-size pieces.Heat butter in a frying pan, add the cut vegetables and sausage and saute over high heat. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
Once the vegetables have wilted, turn off the heat and add the thawed udon noodles, consommé and ketchup.
Put over medium heat again, sprinkle with milk, mix lightly, and you're done! Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with cheese powder if you like.
How does it taste?
Yummmm! The richness of the ketchup and butter, slightly burnt and fragrant, is well mixed with the udon noodles. Udon noodles and Neapolitan go together better than I had imagined! I am too happy to have a mouth full of chewy udon Neapolitan.It's super easy to make, since all you have to do is stir-fry the udon noodles, and as long as you have frozen udon noodles, you can use whatever ingredients you have left over in the fridge as ingredients for this dish! It's a must for a quick dinner on a busy day.
