Simple recipe for "dried fruit cake"

Even beginners will not fail! We recommend the "dried fruit cake," which can be easily made in the microwave. You can do it in about 15 minutes, so you can do it as soon as you think of it!

● Materials

Hot cake mix 100g (3.53oz)
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons of salad oil
1 egg Dried fruit 1/2 cup Lamb liquor 2 tablespoons

● How to make

Put the dried fruits in a vat or bowl, sprinkle with rum and leave for a while.



In a separate bowl, add the pancake mix, sugar, milk, cooking oil and eggs and stir.



Add the dried fruit soaked in rum and mix gently.



Pour the dough into a mold or heat-resistant container and heat it in a 500W microwave oven for about 4 minutes. You don't have to wrap it.



After heating, stab a bamboo skewer to check the degree of burning. If the roast is not enough, watch the situation while heating for 1 minute each. When it's cooked well, remove it from the mold and you're done!

● What is the taste?

A fluffy and moist cake. Dried fruits pop out from the inside, and when chewed, they pop juicy and release sweet and sour juice. The sweetness of the cake's gentle egg and the sourness of the fruit are a nice accent! The faint scent of rum is also nice.



If you want to eat with small children or people who are not good at alcohol, please omit rum!
